How much does the AI receptionist cost?

The package is $2,499 for setup plus $399 per month for care, starting 30 days after purchase. Phone, voice-platform, AI, and minute charges are separate. We estimate those costs with you before payment.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Often, yes, through call forwarding supported by your phone provider. We check your number and current phone setup during scoping. Any number porting or provider-specific costs are agreed separately.

Can it book appointments and transfer calls?

Yes, through the supported calendar and transfer setup agreed for your project. We test availability, booking rules, and handoffs before launch. Live transfers depend on your team being available.

Is it a human receptionist?

No. It is an AI voice agent. We configure a clear introduction, approved responses, and a way to hand off requests that need a person. It is not an emergency answering service.

What happens if I cancel monthly care?

Monthly care ends at the end of your paid service period. Any BluGem-managed hosting or call automation also stops then. Contact us beforehand to arrange call forwarding or discuss a transfer; any migration work is quoted before it begins.

Ongoing care

Monthly care includes monitoring, a monthly call-flow review, and up to two hours of refinements to the original setup. Unused refinement time does not roll over.

Clear scope. No surprise usage charges.

Voice platform, AI, phone number, and call-minute charges are separate and billed by the providers. We confirm the expected monthly costs from your call volume before payment. Outbound campaigns, additional locations, languages, and complex integrations require a separate quote.

All prices are in USD. Scope, timing, software costs, and any applicable tax are confirmed before payment. Monthly care can be canceled at the end of the paid service period.
