What kinds of work can it handle?

Common starting points include qualifying inbound leads, preparing follow-ups, answering routine questions, and moving information between tools. Your package covers one workflow agreed before payment.

Will it work with my current software?

The package includes up to two supported app integrations. We check API access, your subscription level, and the actions you need before confirming the project. Unusual or custom connections may need a separate quote.

How much does a custom AI agent cost?

The package is $3,499 for setup plus $499 per month for care, starting 30 days after purchase. Third-party software and usage are separate. We confirm the scope and expected running costs before payment.

Can I review actions before they happen?

Yes. We can include human approval for agreed actions and escalation when a request falls outside the workflow. AI can make mistakes, so testing and an appropriate level of human review are part of the setup.

What happens if I cancel monthly care?

Monthly care ends at the end of your paid service period. Any BluGem-managed hosting or automations also stop then. If you want to move the workflow, contact us before that date so we can confirm what can transfer and quote any migration work.

Monthly care includes monitoring, a monthly activity review, and up to two hours of refinements to the original workflow. Unused refinement time does not roll over.

Third-party app subscriptions, automation runs, and AI/API usage are billed separately by the providers. We confirm the expected costs and volume with you before payment. Additional agents, workflows, or custom integrations are quoted separately.

All prices are in USD. Scope, timing, software costs, and any applicable tax are confirmed before payment. Monthly care can be canceled at the end of the paid service period.
